When you use Synapse, you choose to enter:

• Health conditions and allergies
• Medication information and dosages
• Appointments and doctor details
• Daily health logs, mood, energy, and sleep data
• Emergency contact information
• Any other health information you decide to track

You control what you enter. Nothing is required except what you choose to add.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All your data stays on your device. Period.

Synapse uses AsyncStorage—a secure, device-level storage system—to keep everything locally on your iPhone or iPad. Your data:

• Is not synced to the cloud
